Administrator/Data Entry Clerk


Monday - Friday - 08.30-17.30

Salary - Competitive

Our flourishing client within the logistics industry is currently going through a period of growth and so require an additional administrator to support their busy office function.

Key Duties:

  • Entry of data relating to UK and Irish Instrastat information
  • To communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure that the agreed service levels are met
  • To respond promptly and accurately to enquiries
  • Transferring of paper based reports on to our software
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
  • Updating existing data and account information sheets
  • Ensure monthly deadlines are met
  • Creation of spreadsheets
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
  • Updating existing data, account list & information sheets
  • Ensure all documents are achieved monthly
  • Preparation of supplier's documentation for charging out
  • Ensuring all invoicing is completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ad hoc postal duties

To be successful you must:

  • Have accurate data entry skills
  • Have worked in a data entry role previously
  • Be computer literate
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Have good communication skills
