Proven experience leading test teams in complex environments
Strong background in integration, E2E, and API testing
Expertise in test strategy, planning, estimation, and governance
Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, and ServiceNow
Experience with defect management, risk analysis, and client-side assurance
