Job Title: Multi Trader (Social Housing)

Salary: £36,000 per annum (Permanent Role)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable multi trader to join our team, working on social housing properties across Essex. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building work.

Respond to service requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard and in full compliance with current regulations.

Work closely with other trades, contractors, and team members to meet project timelines and objectives.

Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within social housing or a similar environment.

Strong skills across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general maintenance.

Good understanding of health & safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Comfortable using PDAs and SOR codes (desirable).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Must be prepared to complete a drug and alcohol test on your first day.
