We are looking for a Sous Chef to work Monday-Friday 7am - 3:30pm.

This role is located in St James's Square in London, this is one of our newest London contracts. A busy hospitality site with events from sandwich lunches and fork buffets to high end fine dining lunches/dinners and themed events. This contract also has one of the most impressive staff restaurants in our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Food prodcution to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
• Ordering & Stock taking to support chef manager
• Desiging weekly menus
• Supporting with staff managment
• Assisting is running the staff restaurant in managers leave
