Warehouse Operative | Coatbridge | £12.71 per hour

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Coatbridge. This is a ad-hoc role, offering shifts to cover increased business demands. Shifts may vary between day and back shifts, so candidates must be fully flexible and open to working different patterns as required.

Working Hours (Monday - Friday):

• Day Shift: 05:00/06:00 - 13:30
• Back Shift: 13:30 - 22:00
• (Shifts offered on a day-by-day basis depending on business needs)

Pay: £12.71 per hour (paid weekly every Friday)

Day Shift Duties :

• Unloading trailers
• Breaking down and splitting pallets into bays
• Order picking using pick sheets and handheld scanners
• General warehouse duties

Back Shift Duties :

• Wrapping pallets
• Loading pallets onto vans
• Ensuring items are loaded safely and correctly
• Heavy lifting involved

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible to work both day and back shifts as required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Driving licence beneficial (for moving vans on site if required)

• Weekly pay every Friday
• Monday to Friday work
