Description

The Finance Assistant will;

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support day-to-day finance operations including invoice processing, purchase orders, reconciliations, and coordination with external accounting, payroll, and HR providers.
• Assist colleagues in adopting new processes, systems, and procedures
• Coordinating the relocation of warehouse stock, equipment, and personnel from a previous site.
• Implement new branding requirements including building signage, vehicle decals, staff uniforms, and internal decoration.
• Manage operational readiness through facilities organisation, procurement, and general housekeeping.
• Provide cross-functional administrative and operational support to maintain business continuity during significant organisational change.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• A strong foundation in accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
