Role Overview:
As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys across a wide range of commercial and renewable energy sites throughout the North West and North Wales. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure all work is compliant with current legislation and delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys

*

Producing high-quality reports in line with UKAS standards

*

Ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines and company procedures

*

Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

*

Managing your own schedule and travel requirements with full expenses paid

What We're Looking For:

*

BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)

*

Proven experience conducting a variety of asbestos surveys

*

Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

A proactive, professional approach with great client-facing skills
