Join One of the UK’s Fastest Growing Accountancy Firms A dynamic, top-20 UK accountancy and advisory practice is looking for a confident, hands-on Bookkeeping / Management Accountant to join their expanding team in Borehamwood.
This role goes beyond routine bookkeeping — you’ll play a key role in delivering quality management accounts, VAT & CIS filings, and providing client-focused support that really makes a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing -
Preparing robust, insightful management accounts

Managing VAT & CIS returns

Handling sales & purchase ledger processing

Managing prepayments, accruals & reconciliations
-
Performing bank reconciliations and verifying balance sheet accuracy

Acting as a key contact for clients on their record-keeping matters

Supporting statutory accounts preparation

Advising clients on apps and cloud-based software (especially Xero)
About You We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with a sharp commercial mindset. Ideally, you’ll have:

Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA OR strong QBE experience

Practical experience in a practice environment

Working knowledge of Sage, Xero, and related cloud apps

Confident communicator, highly organised, self-motivated

Experience training or overseeing outsourced teams

Bonus if you’ve worked with IRIS Accountancy Suite
