We're a thriving and fast-paced construction company looking for a motivated and organised Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our busy office team. You will join a small accounts team and report back to the Accounts Manager.

Role Responsibilities
- Processing and matching supplier invoices
- Matching, batching and reconciling payments
- Resolving supplier queries efficiently and professionally
- Performing CIS status checks and managing HMRC data verification for suppliers
- Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate financial records
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of ad hoc administrative tasks that keep our projects and office operations running seamlessly.
Person Specification
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in accounts or admin (ideally within the construction sector)
- AAT qualifed or working towards the qualification
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to help across the business
- Strong IT skills including experience with MS Excel and accounting software
