Engineering Document Administrator required by successful and growing engineering company, based in Clevedon,The successful Document Administrator will maintain the document library, ensuring that technical drawings are up to date and meet company standards.

Main Duties - Engineering Document Administrator

Collating document requirements from internal and external engineers.
Communicating and following up with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Tracking and manage drawing submissions to ensure timely approvals.
Assisting with assembly drawings and submit approved drawings to Production.
Maintaining and updating product drawings in the MRP system.
Ensuring that drawings are consistent with standards.
Support Engineering and Production with a library of standard parts.
Monitoring and updating parts in drawings, liaising with suppliers and managing MRP document attachments.
Contributing to continuous improvement activities.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following - Engineering Document Administrator

Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
A high level of written communication skills.
Previous experience with engineering drawings and MRP systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
