A leading national planning consultancy is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join its expanding Bristol team. You'll be joining a respected and well-established consultancy with a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting projects. The team advises a wide range of private sector clients including developers, landowners, and retailers across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.

About the Role:

* Manage and deliver complex planning applications and appeals

* Provide strategic advice to clients on a variety of development proposals

* Represent clients in negotiations with local planning authorities

* Contribute to business development and client relationship management

* Support junior members of the team and help foster a collaborative culture

About You:

* A degree in Town Planning or related field (RTPI accredited)

* Full RTPI membership

* Relevant experience in a similar role ideally within consultancy

* Excellent communication, written and verbal

* Client facing skills

* Ability to manage various projects from conception to completion
