Maintenance Handyperson - Exeter and surrounding areas such as Truro and Bodmin - £30k , plus van, very well paid overtime and bonus

Our client is looking for an experienced time served Maintenance Handyperson to join their building maintenance division, supporting one of their largest customers in Bodmin/Exeter and the Southwest .

* £30,000 pa plus very well-paid overtime and bonus payments

* Holiday pay and company pension

* Van and fuel card provided for you

* Days - 40 hour working week

* Permanent role

* Bodmin/Exeter

Principal Duties :

* Planned building maintenance and repair work

* Straightforward carpentry maintenance

* Changing locks, handles, latches

* Basic electrical repair (changing a strip light or a plug)

* Plumbing repair -repairing blockages and leaks, changing taps, sinks etc

* Outdoor maintenance work - maintaining grounds, basic tarmacking, fencing and concreting

* Bodmin/Exeter

All applicants must have the following:

* Proven experience in straightforward multi skilled maintenance and repair work

* Previous experience as a maintenance engineer or handyperson or repair and maintenance operative

* Experience in estimating maintenance and repair work

* Good relevant health & safety knowledge

* Full UK Driving licence

* Bodmin/Exeter

£30,000 per annum plus van, fuel card, extremely well paid overtime, company bonuses, plus van and fuel card.
