What you'll do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a talented team to smash revenue, retention, and upsell goals.
• Streamline processes and make service slicker, faster, and more profitable.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to maximise opportunities.
• Keep the team fully compliant with HMRC rules while staying commercially sharp.
• Turn data into strategy, presenting insights that shape decisions at the top table.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years leading teams in accountancy or financial services.
• Confident, commercially minded, and results-driven.
• Deep understanding of UK accountancy practices and legislation.
• Brilliant communicator who can influence and inspire.
• Organised, efficient, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.

Nice to have:

• AAT, ACCA, ACA, or similar qualification.
• Project management know-how.
