About the role:

You'll play a key support role in a busy financial planning practice, working closely with advisers to deliver high-quality investment and product research, along with compliant documentation and suitability reports.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpreting client objectives and risk profiles
• Conducting fund and product research using tools like FE Analytics and Adviser Asset
• Drafting pre-sale reports and advice letters
• Maintaining accurate templates

What we’re looking for:

• Holds or is working towards Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Previous experience in an administrator role within an IFA or financial planning company
• Confident using Microsoft Excel
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn through formal exams and on-the-job training
