Zero2Five are proud to be working with a quality Day Nursery based in Colliers Wood, who are looking for a passionate and committed Room Leader too join their experienced and motivated team in providing a safe, fun, stimulating and motivated environment to help each child reach their full potential.

Requirements:

-        Level 3 Early Years Qualification

-        Experience of working with children ages 3 months to 5-year olds

-        Must have at least 1 year experience in Nursery

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining at all times a high standard of professional conduct and a child centred approach to the care provided in accordance with the nursery policies, procedures, current legislation, the EYFS, registration requirements
To encourage the participation and involvement of all parents of children attending the nursery and their child's development
To promote the high standards of the nursery at all times to parents, staff and visitors
To encourage the participation and involvement of all parents of children attending the nursery and their child's development.
To actively encourage children's progress in all areas of development, types, and stages of play, by interaction and extension of play activitie

To ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
Support and supervise other staff within your room
