Finance Manager - FMCG | Growing SME

As Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, providing strategic insight, and partnering with the leadership team to guide business decisions. • Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance analysis

• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements

• Lead cash flow forecasting and working capital management

• Business partner with operations, sales, and leadership to support decision-making

• Implement and improve financial processes and controls

• Support funding and investment initiatives as the business scales

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
