HEAD OF CREDIT RISK ANALYTICS

This consumer lending financial institution have quickly grown to be a top tech driven lender over the past ten years and have a big name in their product specific market. They have also lent over £2.5 billion since they started as a business and have a wide customer base.

THE ROLE

The role will be responsible for owning credit performance in the business and heading up a small team.

The remit of the role includes:

• Credit Strategy
• Data Science (scorecards, forecasting, modelling)
• Collections Strategy and Portfolio Performance

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

• Consumer Credit Risk Strategy experience
• Consumer lending background - banking, digital lending or fintech
• Analytical background - coming from a SAS, SQL, Python background (this role won't be hands on coding)
• Leadership - team management experience
• A strong university degree in a numerate discipline

Desired:

• Experience with data science credit models or scorecards in general
