We're recruiting for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor with a valid CSCS card and SSSTS certification to work on a busy civils project in Swardeston This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on an ongoing assignment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising groundworks and civils teams on site
*
Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all tasks
*
Managing labour and reporting site progress
*
Coordinating deliveries and supporting the Site Manager
*
Maintaining site records and ensuring work is completed to high standards
Requirements:
*
Valid CSCS card
*
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
*
Proven experience in supervising civils or groundwork projects
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
PPE and own transport preferred due to location
