Key Responsibilities: The Business Teacher will

* Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (e.g., GCSE Business, BTEC Business, A-Level Business).

* Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

* Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.

* Maintain accurate records of student attainment.

* Create a positive and inclusive classroom.

* Collaborate effectively with colleagues.

* Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum.

* Communicate with parents/guardians.

* Uphold all school safeguarding policies.

Candidate Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent.

* Experience: Proven ability to teach Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.

* Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Business and a commitment to student success.

* Skills: Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
