Recruitment Consultant (IT, Digital & Creative)

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + up to 20% Commission + Equity and share options and attractive benefits package!

Location: Poole - Hybrid

We are a technology-focused recruitment agency founded in 2021. We cover the full spectrum of IT Technology and Digital Creative - i.e., including Marketing. Our expertise in Software Development, Data, Projects & Change, DevOps & Infrastructure, for both contract and permanent.

As the growth of the team at Connect-IT Recruitment continues at a pace, the IT & Technology division continues to break new ground and we are eager to find great people to be a part of that journey.

We are looking for both entry-level and experienced professionals seeking a career change.

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be to oversee the full 360 recruitment for contract or permanent recruitment. You will have a real opportunity to make a difference and create your own growth opportunities. Your input will have a direct impact, so if you like to make a difference and be recognised, this is the role for you.

We have a warm desk for a consultant to step into. A thoroughly mapped out market, an extremely large database of candidates to work with, including some existing clients to pick up.

You will have the following attributes:

* 3-5 years' experience within Recruitment or sales background

* Self-motivated and proactive, with a growth-focused mindset

* Great written and verbal communication skills

* Good attention to detail
