Job Title: Senior Air Conditioning Engineer (Pathway to Management)
Location: London and Southeast
Salary: Up to £55k plus travel & package

About Us:
My client are a well-established HVAC company, trusted by clients across London and The South East for delivering high-quality air conditioning service and project works. As part of their growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Air Conditioning Engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career and progress into a management position.

The Role:
This is a hands-on role with clear progression into a leadership position. You will be responsible for carrying out service, and maintenance of air conditioning systems while also supporting junior engineers, overseeing maintenance contracts, and liaising with clients. Over time, you will transition into a management role, taking on more responsibility for team leadership, project delivery, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Servicing, breakdown, diagnostics and maintenance of a variety of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, chillers, etc.)
Diagnosing and repairing system faults efficiently
Supervising and mentoring junior engineers on-site
Supporting project planning, scheduling, and delivery
Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest health & safety and quality standards
Building strong client relationships through professional service and communication
Progressing towards a management role with responsibility for overseeing engineers, projects, and service operationsAbout You:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
F-Gas certification (essential)
Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Air Conditioning Engineer
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systemPackage on Offer:
