A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Balsall Heath is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support their dedicated SEN hub provision. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with additional needs.

The school's SEN hub supports pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a range of needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, and developmental delay. You'll be part of a skilled and welcoming team, providing both 1:1 and small group support in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with SEN in the dedicated hub area, providing tailored interventions
Work 1:1 with pupils to help them access the curriculum at their own pace
Lead or assist in small group sessions focused on communication, social skills and routine
Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to track progress and adjust strategiesWe're Looking For:

Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools qualification, or relevant qualifications
Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
