Our client, a reputable company specialising in cosmetic repairs at customer locations, is seeking an experienced Mobile SMART Repairer to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mobile SMART Repairer to showcase their craftsmanship and work independently across various customer sites.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary up to £38,000 per annum, DOE
Potential annual earnings of up to £44,000, including bonuses
Bonus scheme offering up to £6,000 additional earnings per year
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Carry out mobile SMART repairs, including minor bodywork, paintwork, and cosmetic refinishing
Prepare panels through sanding, masking, priming, and colour matching to achieve flawless finishes
Deliver high-quality cosmetic repairs in line with manufacturer standards
Manage your mobile van, ensuring proper maintenance of tools and stock levels
Ensure all repairs meet safety standards while maximising customer satisfaction
Provide professional customer service and maintain high standards of workmanship
Accurately document repair work and complete necessary reportsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Mobile SMART Repairer or within a bodyshop paint environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality results
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
Competent in using modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
Valid UK driving licence and comfortable operating a mobile repair vehicle
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
