Junior HRLocation: London, UKFull-timeKey Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with payroll processing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Ensure HR compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or HR Coordinator (1–2 years preferred).
  • Basic understanding of payroll administration and HR compliance in the UK.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software is a plus.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
