We have a role for an experienced Designer to join a growing team in the Essex area. This is for a Designer who is looking to work with a dynamic team and closely with the technical director. The Design will have access to all departments and be allowed to showcase their creativity with clients and architects. If interested, look below:

Proven experience as a designer in the construction or architectural field, preferably in a senior role.

Strong proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit.

Excellent understanding of Facade systems including cladding and glazing.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and designs to Project Manager

Organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple projects.

Passion for sustainable design and innovative façade solutions.

Create accurate and detailed 2D CAD drawings (AutoCAD) for bespoke canopy and roof glazing systems

Modify and finalise designs based on project changes and client feedback

Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry regulations and internal standards
