Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their team in Chester on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional Compensation & Benefits/HR practice to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee total Compensation & Benefits projects and programs such as health & welfare, leaves/absence and incentives
Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market
Act as primary point of contact for any rewards queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessary
Implement and develop benefits/rewards systems change requirements and support ongoing enhancementsRequirements

Strong Compensation & Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company
Great knowledge of HR policies and processes
Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships
