Production / Machine Operatives - Immediate Start

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production / Machine Operatives to join a company specialising in high-precision components for Formula 1 race teams and the aerospace industry. This role offers excellent working hours, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for long-term career progression.

Key Duties

Operate machinery safely and efficiently.

Use various hand tools as required.

Perform trimming, shot blasting, and bond mixing.

Support different departments as required.

Follow strict health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in machine operating is beneficial but not essential.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and develop skills (full training provided).

Flexible and able to move into other departments as required.

What We Offer

Competitive pay at £12.21 per hour.

Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-1pm (no weekends).

Central Bridgwater location.
