Key Responsibilities:

* Motivating and leading a team effectively

* Ensuring final products meet client specifications (SPI)

* Maximizing production efficiency to meet hourly and daily targets

* Using the integrated management system efficiently

* Upholding health, safety, and quality standards

* Completing paperwork accurately and in line with company procedures

* Ensuring compliance with internal and external hygienic audits

* Strict adherence to GMP and housekeeping standards (clean as you go)

* Providing feedback to agency controllers and managing agency workers

* Setting a strong example of best practices

* Monitoring, controlling, and minimizing waste

* Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

* Pursuing personal development through training and work experience

* Performing other duties within the scope and grade of the role as required

Requirements:

* Previous supervisory experience in a similar role, ideally within food production

* Proven ability to achieve results through effective leadership

* Drive and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment
