We're working with a well-established, high-volume housebuilder who are looking to add a driven and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to their team in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with long-term developments and consistent stock to sell - ideal for someone looking for both stability and earning potential.
What's on offer:
Up to £32,000 basic, depending on experience
Realistic £20,000 commission on top

The ideal candidate:
Previous experience in property or new homes is desirable
We're also open to applications from those with cabin crew or luxury retail backgrounds who are looking to transition into new homes sales

Confident, well-presented and target-driven
Able to work weekends (with one weekend off per month)
