Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a growing and well-established manufacturing company based in Nottingham. They are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a small technical team with the objective of increasing service delivery levels, sales and over all growth.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity for someone who loves tech and is a natural leader to help shape and achieve ambitious growth targets. The successful Team Leader will also have significant influence in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing cultural change.
What will the role involve?

Lead, mentor and Line Manage a small team including one-to-ones, setting and monitoring KPI's and performance reviews.
Act the escalation point for client enquiries placing the customer at the heart of every action
Manage a busy onboarding pipeline and liaising closely with other departments within the business
Coordinate and schedule installation works ensuring a timely and efficient service
Maintain the integrity of the CRM database system
Collaborate with the Sales team and proactively contribute to revenue targetsWho are we looking for?

Previous experience in a Team Leader, Service Delivery Manager or similar role essential
Knowledge of technical products, IoT devises and IT or similar industry preferable
Experience onboarding new clients and superior relationship building skills essential
Strong and inspiring leadership style
