Key Responsibilities:

Maintain lawns, hedges, and gardens to a high standard

Assist with landscaping projects, paving, fencing, and general maintenance

Support commercial and residential sites with seasonal upkeep

Operate equipment such as strimmers, lawnmowers, blowers, and hedgecutters

Follow all health and safety procedures

Ensure quality and attention to detail across all tasks

Start at 7:30 AM and work approximately 8.5 hours per day, 5 days a week (42.5 hours weekly), schedule may vary depending on weather and tasks

Travel to yard location in Balfron when required

Requirements:

Experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, or landscaping

Full UK driving licence held for more than 1 year, ideally with fewer than 6 points

Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to start work at 7:30 AM

Ability to travel to Balfron yard when needed
