Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Director to join our client’s team. The Construction Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the construction team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including procurement, subcontractor management, and site operations.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on project progress, issues, and risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the construction industry, with a focus on modular construction preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
