Reeson Education is recruiting adaptable and committed Learning Support Assistants to join our flexible supply pool for primary schools across Waltham Forest. This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant who enjoys variety and wants to choose which days they work while supporting pupils with additional learning needs.

Schools across Walthamstow, Leyton and Chingford regularly need experienced Learning Support Assistants to step in for short-term cover, long-term absence, and daily support needs. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will help pupils with SEN, provide general classroom support and keep learning consistent during staff absences.

Daily Rate: £82.14-£100

Start: ASAP

Contract: Fully flexible daily supply

Location: Waltham Forest primary schools

What the Learning Support Assistant Will Do

Provide 1:1 or small-group SEN support

Assist teachers with learning activities and classroom routines

Support children with communication, emotional regulation and engagement

Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Adapt quickly to new classes and school expectations

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or SEN support worker

Confidence supporting autism, ADHD, SEMH or speech & language needs

Calm, patient and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility for short-notice bookings across Waltham Forest
