Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Southampton and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (Negotiable DOE) + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

*

Routine servicing, fault-finding, and repairs on fire alarm systems (addressable and conventional)

*

Working with a range of systems including Gent, Advanced, Kentec, C-Tec, and Morley

*

Conducting small works, modifications, and system upgrades

*

Ensuring compliance with BS 5839 and relevant safety regulations

*

Completing detailed service reports and maintaining accurate documentation

*

Liaising with clients and ensuring excellent customer service

Requirements:

*

Experience servicing fire alarm systems (minimum 3 years preferred)

*

Good working knowledge of BS 5839 and fire system protocols

*

FIA Units 1, 4, and/or 5 (or equivalent) desirable

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong fault-finding skills and attention to detail

*

ECS or equivalent card advantageous
