Job Description


Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking to hire an experienced Contracts Specialist I, II with contracts administration expertise to join our fast-growing Finance Division! Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is an Alaska Native-owned nonprofit healthcare organization located on the Alaska Native Health Campus. The Finance Operations department is located just 1 mile from the healthcare campus in the updated, spacious Finance Division building which includes covered parking and a beautiful view of the mountains. 

The SCF Contracts Specialist is responsible for coordinating the contract process for professional and general services provided by external contractors. Contracts Specialist support the Manager of Contracts in responding to contract requests, drafting contract provisions, negotiating and executing contracts, and management of contract records.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Associate’s degree in Business or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Two (2) years of contract administration experience.

Additional Qualifications for Contracts Specialist II:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Five (5) years of contract administration experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Contracts Specialist I at SCF.
