Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Location: West Midlands

Start Date: July / August

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

Degree Qulaified Background
SMSTS
CSCS (Black or white card)
3 Day First AidDuties

Client-facing with a personable, modern, and consultative approach
Leads complex high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects
Manages client relationships with a consultative approach
Design and Build experience
Oversees design coordination and pre-construction planning
Drives sustainability and innovation standards.
Coordinating handovers and sign offs
Implement and improve existing procedures
Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
Update and check against the construction Programme
Capable of running projects in the price range of £1 million - £10 Million
Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management team
