About the Role

You will work closely with teaching staff to support students aged 11-16 across a range of subjects - with a focus on core areas such as English, maths, or science depending on your strengths. Your duties will include:

Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Helping to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons

Working with SEN and EAL students to provide tailored support

Encouraging students' academic and personal development

We're Looking For

A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a 2:2 degree or above

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working with young people

Confidence in supporting students in your specialist subject(s)

A willingness to learn and contribute to the wider school community
