About the Role

Long Term Futures is seeking a confident, reliable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with strong behaviour management skills to join a primary school in Willesden. You will deliver planned lessons and provide high-quality classroom coverage across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues smoothly.
Alongside leading whole-class teaching, you will also support as a Teaching Assistant when required, working with groups or individual pupils, helping with interventions, and assisting class teachers to maintain a positive, structured learning environment. The school needs someone proactive, adaptable, and confident managing challenging behaviour with a firm but fair approach.
