You'll handle service requests, schedule engineers, and keep customers updated to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

* Schedule engineers and manage service calls

* Update customers and handle enquiries

* Create and track work orders

* Coordinate parts, site access, and job details

* Keep accurate records and support routine maintenance planning

PRequirements

* Experience in service coordination or admin (ideally within the engineering industry).

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Confident with IT systems and multitasking

* Detail-focused with good problem-solving skills

Salary - £25k - £28k depending on experience
