A growing Multi-Academy Trust based in Wembley is seeking to appoint an experienced School HR Manager to support its expanding central team. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with a strong background in education who is looking to play a key role in shaping HR operations within a developing trust.

Key Role Information

• Position: School HR Manager

• Location: Wembley, London

• Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

• Start Date: ASAP or September 2026

• Sector Experience Required: Minimum 5 years HR experience in a school, college or university

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR operations across the trust

• Oversee recruitment processes including advertising, selection and onboarding

• Provide HR advice to senior leadership teams on employee relations and policy

• Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding and HR best practice

• Maintain HR systems, records and staff documentation

• Support staff development, wellbeing and performance management processes
