Description

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical, control, and instrumentation systems for manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of EC&I systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise system performance and resolve technical challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including technical reports and system specifications.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
  • Provide technical advice to stakeholders and training to team members as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within engineering operations.

Profile

A successful EC&I Engineer should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in electrical, control, or instrumentation engineering.
  • Proven expertise in the industrial or manufacturing sector, with a focus on EC&I systems.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in system design, installation, and maintenance within engineering environments.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
