About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join a growing engineering services provider, delivering generator and power solutions across the UK. You'll create detailed electrical designs using AutoCAD, supporting projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce electrical schematics and layout drawings using AutoCAD

• Work with sales teams and clients to develop and refine designs

• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support procurement

• Ensure compliance with UK standards and project specs

• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality targets

• Maintain CAD libraries and design documentation

What You'll Need

• Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

• Experience in electrical design using AutoCAD or similar

• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of HV/LV systems (desirable)
