Airline reservations team leader - Required for this international airline. The role is hybrid, with an office based close to Heathrow. salary 37/43k plus great benefits. Airline reservations experience, as well as Amadeus and ideally some management experience required. Airline reservations team leaders duties-To generate revenue though direct and group sales-Process direct and group sales refunds -Manage and support Europe GSA offices with sales, reservations and ticketing-Investigate and resolve customer complaints-Support airport station managers with passenger sales and ticketing issues-Manage BSP Europe-Manage one member of staff-Manage and deal with disruptions across EuropeAirline reservations team leaders skills required-Airline reservations experience is a must, ideally in a supervisors role-Amadeus knowledge ideally but they would cross train from another GDS-Ticketing, BSP and groups experience-Strong problem solving experience-Able to work in a office twice a week close to HeathrowAdditional information-Salary between 37-43k-Great benefits including an amazing company pension, health care and 21 days holidays rising to 24 days with serviceIf you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT58914
