Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000

They are seeking a motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing London team well known for delivering award-winning MEP, civil, structural, and sustainability-focused solutions. With a portfolio spanning heritage buildings, commercial developments, and cutting-edge projects such as film studios and net zero offices, this is a role for someone ready to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support mechanical design on a variety of complex building services projects
Work closely with senior engineers and directors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery
Attend and contribute to client meetings and multidisciplinary design team sessions
Mentor junior engineers and support internal knowledge sharing
Contribute to process improvements and the development of sustainable, energy-efficient solutions
What They're Looking For:

Degree in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 24 months' experience in building services or consultancy design role
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and strong understanding of technical standards (e.g. CIBSE, UK Building Regs)
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Ambition to progress towards Chartership (CEng)
