Rotating Shifts: Monday to Friday | 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm or 4 on 4 off Days 6am-6pm
We're on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Reach Forklift Operators to join our fast-paced operation at Magna Park. If you're safety-conscious, detail-driven, and want to be part of a hardworking, supportive team—this could be your next move.
Your Role
* Operate reach forklifts confidently to move, stack, and organise various goods
* Load and unload deliveries with precision, ensuring zero damage
* Carry out regular equipment checks and maintain compliance with health & safety protocols
* Keep your workstation tidy and efficient to support smooth warehouse flow
* Work collaboratively to hit team targets and daily KPIs
What We're Looking For
* A valid REACH forklift licence
* Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution setting (preferred)
* High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
* Good team player with the ability to stay motivated independently
* Physical fitness to comfortably manage active warehouse tasks
