A market leader in architectural lighting is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a high-performing London territory. This area is a strategic focus for the business and offers significant potential for growth, particularly across M&E services consultants, architects, and lighting designers.

The role sits within a highly regarded team and will be focused on both growing existing relationships and establishing new client networks. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, the business provides an excellent platform for a commercially astute and technically minded sales professional to succeed.

You'll be responsible for delivering and exceeding sales targets across the London region, developing relationships with a mix of architects, designers, contractors and consultants. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes, while implementing a focused sales plan aligned with wider regional objectives. By keeping up with sector trends and understanding key market drivers, you'll help identify and pursue sustainable growth opportunities. Team collaboration and customer experience are at the heart of the role.

We're looking for someone with experience in lighting, construction or building services, ideally in a specification-led sales environment. You should be confident in front of clients, commercially minded, and have a natural ability to build long-term relationships. A strong communicator with a proactive mindset, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be motivated by the opportunity to drive success in a key strategic region.

Salary/Package:

•    Basic salary: up to £60,000

•    Car allowance: £6,500
