Job Title: Press Brake Setter/Operator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 + Shift Allowance + Overtime
Shifts: Rotating Mornings / Afternoons (8hr shifts), Monday to Friday (potential for fixed shifts)

Manpower is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established local metal fabrication company currently expanding its skilled team. We're looking for experienced Press Brake Setters/Operators to join their ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting and operating press brake machines
Interpreting and working from technical engineering drawings
Working with offline and online programming
Handling a variety of materials including mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and gauges up to 10-12mm
Operating in a fast-paced, varied production environment (not repetitive batch work)

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in setting and operating a press brake machine (not a power press)
Good understanding of tooling types and sizes
Comfortable with a range of materials and thicknesses
Able to work independently and as part of a team
