Neos Engineering are partnered with a leading, internationally recognised manufacturer of heavy equipment to recruit an experienced After Sales Supervisor to join their team in Biggleswade.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to supervise and coordinate a team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring an exceptional after sales experience for valued customers.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily workload, timesheets, and job progress of engineers.

Maintaining clear and regular communication with customers regarding service updates.

Providing technical and safety-related support, including occasional site visits.

Liaising with internal departments to resolve technical challenges and arrange spare parts.

Organising logistics, subcontractors, and tools to meet service demands efficiently.

Ensuring accurate processing of invoices and warranty claims.

Monitoring and controlling work in progress to achieve KPI targets.

Delivering toolbox talks and managing team appraisals and reviews.

Keeping up to date with technical training and product developments.

Supporting wider branch operations during staff absences as required.

The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced and motivated supervisor with:

Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a field-based engineering team.

Solid technical understanding of heavy equipment or similar machinery.

Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Commitment to Health & Safety and quality compliance.

Confidence to coordinate resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to travel when needed to support engineers and other branches.
