Within the tranquil surroundings of our luxury spa, exceptional service is paramount. We are seeking a Spa Guest Services Agent to oversee spa reception operations, elevate guest experiences and support the delivery of personalised, world-class service.

The Person:

• A confident, service-led professional with luxury spa or wellness experience
• Naturally warm, composed and guest-focused
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and standards
• Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The Role:

• Lead Spa Reception operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Act as a key point of contact for spa guests and VIPs
• Support Spa Manager in daily operations and team leadership
• Drive service quality, standards and profitability within the Spa
• Represent the Spa Manager in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless guest journeys from booking to departure
• Maintain compliance with service standards, QA programmes and safety procedures
• Manage guest feedback, service recovery and continuous improvement
• Support rotas, training, retail performance and operational reporting
