Night Shift Supervisor – Cumbernauld

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Supervisor to join our well-established client based in Cumbernauld. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, a temp-to-perm opportunity, and genuine long-term progression within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shifts

• Tuesday to Saturday (inclusive)
• 00:00 – 09:00
• Flexibility required to finish between 10:00 – 11:00 depending on business needs

Rates of Pay

• £14.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Night Shift Supervisor, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supervising the night shift warehouse operation
• Leading and motivating a team to achieve daily targets
• Allocating workload and monitoring performance
• Supporting operational planning and shift organisation
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse tasks when required
• Reporting issues and updates to senior management

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Night Shift Supervisor, you will need:

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to working hours in line with business needs
• Hands-on and proactive attitude
• Ability to commit to Tuesday to Saturday night shifts

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within a logistics or distribution environment
• Experience managing KPIs and performance targets

Training Provided

• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
